Main sections of the website
Events · Yoga events in the Region
This section gives information about Regional Yoga events, both promoted by the Region and by individual members. You may view the events listed by county or in chronological order.
IST events are listed in the Teachers & Training pages.
Information about each event
The initial listing gives brief details of each event. Clicking the blue more information link displays more detailed information and may include brief biographical information about the tutor.
Booking form
Within the additional information box, a booking form link opens a second window with a booking form for the event. Complete the form online, and then print it out to mail to the organiser whose contact details will be printed on the form.
Location map & driving directions
You may view a Multimap of the event location by selecting the venue from the drop down list at the top of the main listing. By selecting 'get directions' from the top navigation bar on the Multimap page, you will also be able to get driving directions from your home to the event.
News and Information
The News & information page is intended to be the main source of up-to-date yoga news and information in the Region, so you should visit it regularly! Important items of information about events in the Region, reports about recent activities and committee meetings, changes to BWY policy etc will be posted on this page and updated frequently.

Finding a Yoga teacher
The Yoga classes section is the main source for information about yoga classes in the Region. Classes listed here have been registered on the website by BWY teachers, and are listed by county, postcode and class type. You may refine your search by restricting it to a particular county, or type of class. More comprehensive information can be found on the central British Wheel of Yoga website – if you can manage to find your way round the site...
Location map
You may view a Multimap of the location of each class, listed by county, in a new window. The Multimap page also allows you to obtain driving directions from your home to the class venue.
Teachers & Training
These pages group together all relevant information for Teachers. The section’s opening page gives an overview of BWY-run training opportunities in the Region. Links on the left of the page give access to a listing of Regional IST events, CPD information and courses run by the Wheel and other organisations, and important information about Child Protection issues.
How to register/amend/delete a class for online display
