Nada Yoga is the Yoga of subtle sound. A part of Tantra, it consists of a series of techniques leading to an increasingly refined tuning of our perception, energized body and mind, and a heightened awareness of our chakras. Exploring levels of sound from gross to subtle gradually draws us closer to our highest potential.
Rajesh David - a composer and singer from a family of singers, trained in Indian classical music, who has a yoga teaching diploma. Inspired by the mystic saint-poets of India and Western nature poets, Rajesh's music is a unique integration of Indian and western elements.
Upasana - a fully trained Yoga teacher in the Satyananda tradition, with a great interest in the transformative potential of movement. Rajesh and Upasana lived in the Mandala Yoga Ashram for 4 years where they continue to teach
